How long are you sick from quiting smoking? - quitting smoking and green snot

I smoked about 7 months and recently a few days ago and now I'm coughing a lot and have dark green mucus and congestion
and breathe a little difficult. How long until you feel better? Oy, I patches.

It appears that you smoke is not an infection of the respiratory tract, but a reaction to. Smoking is only 7 months, should not be too much congestion.

It seems even patches!

You should feel better after two days. The desire to take years to make, but fortunately you can ignore. The health benefits come in almost immediately.

Green mucus is usually a sign of a bacterial infection. Ask your doctor.
